Mohan began his professional journey in 1996–97, starting with electrical contracting under Legends 2000. With strong determination and a vision for growth, he soon expanded his expertise into civil, electrical, and plumbing works, establishing himself as a versatile professional in the construction industry. Over the years, he has gained in-depth knowledge of multiple facets of infrastructure development, which has allowed him to seamlessly manage projects of varying scales and complexities. His unwavering focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction has been the foundation of his career and continues to inspire the team at Samudhbava Developers.
As the Director of Samudhbava Developers, Mohan leads with a people-first approach, ensuring every project reflects both technical excellence and a commitment to trust. His decades of experience have enabled him to develop strong relationships with clients, partners, and communities. Known for his professionalism, integrity, and leadership, Mohan has played a pivotal role in shaping Samudhbava Developers into a trusted name in the construction field. With over three decades of diverse professional experience, Ravi Naidu brings unmatched discipline, leadership, and business expertise. A proud veteran, Ravi served in the Indian Armed Forces for 17 years, where he honed the values of commitment, integrity, and excellence that continue to define his work.
Following his service, he transitioned into the corporate world as Senior Manager – Marketing at McDowell’s, and later made his mark at TilakNagar Industries, where he consistently delivered exceptional results for over 16 years. In 2017, he founded CRL Service Provider, a marketing firm recognized for its client-focused solutions and sustained success.
Alongside his corporate achievements, Ravi has been an active part of the construction industry since 2008. As a Partner at Srivara Constructions, he has overseen the successful delivery of several RERA-approved projects, with many more in the pipeline. His proven expertise, combined with his long-standing commitment to quality and trust, makes him a driving force behind the company’s continued growth.
